    Two-way Microsoft Outlook sync

Per-adviser two-way calendar sync between Advizo and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365. Every appointment created, updated or cancelled in Advizo is pushed to Outlook via Microsoft Graph, and Outlook changes are pulled back into Advizo on a continuous background sync — so your calendar is always current, wherever you check it.

    Your personal booking link

Share a branded booking page at /book/your-link. Clients pick from real, server-computed available slots that respect your working hours, notice periods, buffers, exceptions and live Outlook busy time — no back-and-forth emails, no double-bookings.

    Client portal booking

Logged-in mortgage and protection clients book their assigned adviser directly from /client-portal/bookings. Joint applicants are supported — tick a box to include the co-applicant on the Outlook invite. Self-service reschedule and cancel for client-made bookings.

    Schedule from anywhere

Book straight from the calendar or from a client record. A Free/Busy panel shows the day's existing meetings — including Outlook busy time — and an overlap warning surfaces conflicts before you commit, so you never accidentally double-book a client or yourself.

    Smart availability rules

Configure working days and hours, meeting durations, minimum notice, maximum days ahead, buffers before and after meetings, and per-day exceptions. Choose whether Outlook and Advizo busy time automatically blocks slots — availability is computed server-side and always honoured.

    Intake questions & lead capture

Screen public visitors with conditional intake questions — dropdowns, yes/no or short text. Block unsuitable enquiries before they reach your calendar, and auto-create a lead in Advizo when a qualifying visitor books, so every enquiry is tracked alongside your other channels.

    Professional client communications

Every booking generates a branded confirmation email from your firm mailbox, plus a proper Outlook calendar invite to the client. Automated reminders (e.g. 24 hours before) fire from your reminder workflow with Email Studio merge tags such as visitor_name, meeting_date and adviser_name.

    Visitor self-service

Visitors can reschedule or cancel a booking from the same link — protected by 6-digit email OTP verification (15-minute TTL) so only the genuine booker can manage it. Anti-spam caps limit each visitor to three future meetings per adviser, matched by normalised email or phone.

    Firm control & security

Per-adviser Microsoft OAuth — no firm-wide mailbox sharing. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, every calendar and booking row is protected by row-level security, and public booking pages are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Modules can be rolled out per firm and per role.

    Built for real advisory workflows

Here's how firms like yours use this feature every day.

Convert a first-call enquiry into a booked appointment

An enquirer lands on your booking page from a Google Ad. Intake questions confirm they're a UK mortgage applicant, they pick the next available 30-minute slot, and seconds later the appointment is in your Outlook, a confirmation email is in their inbox, and a new lead is in Advizo — without you touching the keyboard.

    Remortgage review scheduling at scale

Send remortgage clients a personal booking link in your renewal email. They self-book a 60-minute review at a time that suits them — respecting your hours, buffers and existing Outlook commitments — and every booking lands against the right client record with a reminder queued for 24 hours before.

    Joint-applicant portal booking

A mortgage applicant logs into the client portal, books a meeting with their adviser, and ticks the box to include their co-applicant. Both partners receive an Outlook invite from your firm mailbox, and the meeting appears on both the adviser's unified calendar and the clients' portal dashboard.

    Adviser-led rebooking with conflict detection

From a client record you click Schedule appointment. The Free/Busy panel shows your existing Outlook and Advizo events for the chosen day; if you pick an overlapping time you get an explicit confirm-on-save warning. Save once and the meeting writes to Advizo, Outlook and the client portal — with a confirmation email and Outlook invite to the client.

    FAQs

    Frequently asked questions

Does Advizo integrate with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 calendars?+
Yes. Each adviser connects their own Microsoft 365 / Outlook account via delegated OAuth — no firm-wide mailbox sharing required. Advizo then performs continuous two-way sync via Microsoft Graph: appointments created, updated or cancelled in Advizo are pushed to Outlook, and Outlook changes are pulled back into Advizo using Graph delta queries. The unified calendar deduplicates events so the same meeting never appears twice, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Can UK mortgage brokers and financial advisers take online bookings from their website?+
Yes. Each adviser gets a personal booking page at /book/your-link that can be shared from your website, email signature, social profiles or paid ads. Visitors see real available slots computed from your working hours, notice periods, buffers, exceptions and live Outlook busy time, then pick a time, answer your intake questions, pass a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check, and confirm. Advizo creates the appointment, writes it to Outlook, emails a branded confirmation, sends an Outlook calendar invite, and queues automated reminders.
How does Advizo prevent double-bookings between Outlook and client appointments?+
Public and client-portal bookings only ever show slots that are genuinely free — calendar availability is computed server-side using your hours, buffers, exceptions, existing Advizo appointments and (when enabled) your live Outlook busy time. Public bookings are written via a single atomic transaction that re-checks for overlap before committing. When advisers schedule from the calendar or a client record, a Free/Busy panel surfaces the day's existing meetings and an explicit overlap warning requires confirmation before saving — so accidental double-bookings are caught before they happen.
